Christmas at the Castle
Seeking performers with experience in dance and play-acting - ages three and up.
Maine Dance Company is pleased to announce open auditions for “Christmas at the Castle.” We are seeking experienced dancers and theater performers to participate in this highly anticipated holiday event that will be held at Westbrook Performing Arts Center on December 12.
Ages 6-17 Session
*$15 audition fee*
4:00-6:00pm
Ages 18+ Session
*free*
6:00-7:00pm
We are looking for talented individuals with a strong background in dance and/or theater performance. Performers aged 18 and over are contract-eligible.
Preparation:
Dancers: Please come prepared to demonstrate technical proficiency and artistry.
Theater Performers: Prepare a short piece that highlights your stage presence.
*All auditionees will be asked to learn and execute a basic dance combination. Some dance auditionees may be asked to read lines or sing.*
